Austria? ...or Australia?... don't ask Carly, she apparently doesn't know the difference.

Who doesn't love ice cream first thing in the morning?
So here we are.
In Austrias main salt cave/mine center.
Austria is known for having loads of salt ha ha.
So before we ventured into the caves, we had to put on these space suit jump suits.
sick:)

Watch it

Jolly ol mom and dad.

The kids:)
ha ha
Parents think its so fun to have all the kids get in this huge group and take 500 pictures of them.
I don't understand fully.
mmhhhmm..

Dang straight.
I'd tap that.
Its days like today where you just take pictures to take pictures.
We know you love to see us anyway:)
K,
NOT cool when you aren't told you are going to get on a train,
having to stradle the person in front of you,
and get stradled by the person behind you,
and ride through these tiny, microscopic tunnels of chostrophobie. . or however you spell it.
ha ha
it was terrifying.
no lie
hence....
looks like everyone died except me:)
Trippy huh?
This is way in the heck under the earth and a huge lake full of salt water. It was so reflective and would trip you out like crazy!
Warning..
don't taste the water when the tour guide tells you to.
its like 90% salt,
sucking all the water out of your body
for the next hour you are trapped underground.
dying.
Yeh, we fly high:)
:) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
Goodbye dear Austria.
Goodbye hitler.
Goodbye houses that look lke Snowhite.
Goodbye Mozart.
Goodbye salt.
Goodbye cold!
One of the coolest things i've been able to see!
So there are only about 5 rivers in the world that do this.
If you can't already tell, the river is 2 separate colors,
the left side is a aqua aqua blue, the other side a darker turqoise.
So you see, this is what happens when two rivers, of different ethnicity.."do the dirty"
In this case, it was a glacier river, and a natural spring river, coming together as one,
and not mixing at all!!!
All the way down the river, for miles, it stays separated like this.
Such a cool sight!!!:)
On our way out from Austria to Germany, we stopped and took a 30 minute hike to this beautiful lake:)

The town reminded me a lot like park city!
They were actually constructing a bobsled track for the public use,
kind of like the alpine slide!
I'm deffinitly coming back just to try it out!
wanna come with?:)
Gutenmorgan:)she just had to get in touch with her fiance..
:)

Buh bye now,
no more boring days k?
Hello Germany:)

Just another rainy day in Austria...

Once again, you can't expect much from Austria. Rain, Rain, and a little more rain.

But what do you do on a rainy day?

Your supposed to go somewhere sunny right? to keep warm? or maye go shopping?

Nope. Ralphy takes us to the Trick Water Gardens.

These gardens were put together by the arch bishop that I have been talkin about earlier.

What this place is, is a whole slew of hidden water fountains. . that "trick" you. . A.K.A they spray you when you have no idea. And they are hidden.

Lets keep in mind the weather conditions this day, and that it was freezing cold.

Not a good mix.

For instance.

Lets take this mounted deer head for example.

Do you see any water spouts any where?

Nope. But there are over 15 holes that spray water out of his face and antlers in all directions.

Not a nice surprise.

You will randomely be walking, and if your not standing directly on the path ways?

Your done for.

Soaked,

freezing,

dead.

Kind of cool thing though...So walt disney came here to get ideas for the big water parks and water shoes in Disney Land!

You all know what this is if you are a "Sound of Music" fan:)

You may or may not be able to tell,

but the man standing directly behind carly,

is a giant.

So we go to gnome land yeah? and then we see giants the day after?

I'm sorry, but this was not in the itinerary.

He seriosly was like 3 times carly's height.

Rain=ruining my camera

and gay, gay, uhmm..

gay.

But soon enough we arrive the city....and what do we see?

A "Tanzparty!"

Tanner...

Tanz...

Moo moo..

We celebrated for you, and your party was dope:)

Cute little town:)

High light of the day.

Walking in the road,

Find a shop,

walk by the shop,

see a hat with hair connected to it,

try it on,

and wha la!

Then...we ahd a n old lady come up to us and ask us how much the hats were.

You guys..she was being dead serious!

She wanted one of the hats, and we were sitting their taking pictures and laughing at them!

awww...you gotta love doggies.

Especially foreign ones:)

woah,

attention fam.

So you know how we always use the word "goulash" when food looks discusting?

Its a real freaking word!!

Its some type of soup!

Dad ordered it in fact:)

The lakes here are so breathtaking.

They literally are so so turqoise or blue!!

This little town had areas where there were heated swim pools and hottubs connected to the lake,

also some paddle boats:)

how romantic!

:) dad really likes it here, it reminds him of his mish:)

When you look at this picture..

doesn't it kind of remind you of Snow white?

I seriously imagine her house to be what the ones in Austria look like.

You just sit there and picture deer prancing all around huh?

ha ha

This guy was a crazy mofo.

Some african tribal man,

mm...gettin back to my roots

hah

In the funicular, on our way up to the Fortress.

I had to put this picture in because i feel like we look like we are in a James Bond movie or something:)

maybe not.

whatver

Austria!

A giant checkers board in the middle of the town square!

Look at the how all three of those strangers are just staring at me.

I was like the special kid that everyone looks at and doesn't know whether to laugh, or to feel bad for.

:)

Enjoy this while you can because according to Carly, its too deeply explicit and innapropriate.

But I must leave this up for a few people to see,

1. My bishop. You see, I confessed my sins confession booth. God forgives. God bless.

2. All those who are sinning with me. There is hope. Pain and agony is the process, but that light at the end of the tunnel is your outcome.

ha ha:) Im so naughty.

no joke though

my parents and carly are gonna kill me

so help me

Meed Dave and Andy.

Oh and lets not forget creeper in the back ground. It's name is Ali.
These two men are the "lost boys"

They both have gotten lost on this tour, two seperate times, and had to find thier way back to us.
mmm..dessert...

puffin on my blunt.
I've got the "Smokers ciggerette hold" down to a "T"
no doubt
:)
This poor little kitty cat was just diggin up some fresh veggies for his dinner in the garden...
then my mother had to make some strange noises to frighten the fellow....
I caught him right in his moment.
Dashing into the bushes.
he is all but a smudge and blur on my camera photo:)
I love animals...
This was our hotel! It is over 1000 years old today! And the best, THE best hotel I think I have ever stayed at! :)
mmm...I strongly reccomend it!
it was very grandma-esque:)

Goodbye Austria!
You were rainy,
and cold,
but well worth it.
:)
goodbye most comfiest beds in the whole entire world!!!!

Come join us to Gnome Land...Austria!

Ralphy, our dying tour guide., likes to pretend that bus rides from country to country arent long. We were gonna kill him. There were like 5 freakin love affairs going on all around us with all these little teenagers. Gross.

+ it was raining like a mother.

Oh wait...what is that I see in the mountains? Falling down? ...SNOW!

GRRR.....

They feed me chocolate when I start to complain:)

When you are desperately bored., this is what happens,

You start making beaks out of pringles,

and feeding each other chocolate through them.

Alas, we finally reached Austria.

And the gigantuousantic fort!!!
It was spectacular.

Just so you know,

Mozart was born and raised here in Austria.

The Sound of Music is all from here.

So was Hitler.

Heil Hitler

As we arrive to our hotel, I stand up, and oohh? what is so funny?

Look at my butt.......!

Here's a better view.

Seriously?

We finally master how to ask where a bathroom is to go pee in Italy,

now we can't figure out how to ask where a bathroom is in German?

some things are just better left unsaid.
ha ha

hallelujah! After some trashy hotel beds, we finally were staying in a freaking 1000 year old hotel in the middle of the forests of Austria. The room was sooooo warm, and the beds and pillows and comforters were all down feathers.

ahhh...heaven.

Especially when you go from 90 degree weather, to 40 and 50 degree weather.
They have only seen sun 2 days out of 6 months.

depressing

So old fashioned.

Everything.

So we started off with a quick little tour of the important stuff you know?

So we went to the Arch Bishop of Austrias palace.

Actually, it was built for his mistress secretly because he had 17 children with her and so he built her this huge mansion!!

Along with this huge mansion were many many beautiful gardens, an amazing view of the fort, and a gnome garden.
Trying to act sooo happy in the cold:)

look at those roses!!! They were like the size of my head.

This bishop had to have been O.C.D

See what I mean?

:) cutie pies

ha ha

Unicorns....;)

We ride em

This was a statue of a ballerina!

But don't you hate when you want to take a goofy picture but EVERYONE is just staring at you?

That was the problem with this picture.

Lunatics

And so it begins...the gnome garden..

How my eye did this?

We need know not.

Father was not happy,

said it was dangerous or something

yes carlottta

"my" gnome.

We like grabbing boobs.

Our own of course!?

sick-o's

Public potty

:)

.....

Went number 2

can't forget to go number 1

duh??

This dog was bigger then her.

Just thought i'd point that out.

An entrance to a garden!

Ima happy camper

This is where Mozart grew up!:)

Carly and "Him"s baby.

He grows quickly.

Its because it rains so much.

Everthing springs up so much faster

ha ha

Yep,

just walked past a bearded lady.

Its like why would you want to look like you had va-j-j hair on your chin?

Gross?

To get up to the fort you have to take a Funicular. Its like a gondola some what but connected to the ground. Pretty cool?
So people back in the day decided it was cool to build their houses inside rocks. I feel like that would take way too much time. Why not just build a house?
:D ha ha
First of all, doesn't this plate look beautiful? I've decided I love love love Austrian food. This was the first time on this vacation that I have been able to thouroghly enjoy my food:)
mmm...
Thank you Austria
After dinner we took a walk through this little forest, Ah, its so charming here (despite the cold, wet weather). Buried in the thick of these woods was this small church! It is the church where Mozarts parents were married, and also where some of "The Sound of Music," was filmed:)
"The Sound of Music" home:)

....
A pretty intersting day all in all.
Midget gardens were illy
Deffinitly recommend them.
:)
